What is Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana 2.0?
On August 10, 2021, in Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the launch of Ujjwala Yojana 2.0. The first refill and stove are provided at no cost to users of this program. Recipients of this scheme no longer need to produce ration cards or identity cards. As proof of address, beneficiaries must turn in a self-declaration form.
